Member Training Program
The Auxiliary offers a wide variety of advanced training including but not limited to the following:
Public Education Instructor
Vessel Examiner
Program Visitor
Elected Officer Training
PATON Observer
Advanced Specialty Courses (Weather, Patrols, Navigation, SAR,Communications and Seamanship)
Additional advanced training is offered at various Coast Guard training facilities throughout the country.
Advanced Skills Weekend at TRACEN Yorktown will be held 06-08 March and will include most of hte programs that the Auxiliary offers. (See below)
Sector Hampton Roads Workshops will be held on 21 March at TRACEN Yorktown.
